These pages are all about Radcliffe Olympic Football Club
We are an amateur Football Club based in the village of Radcliffe on Trent in Nottinghamshire, England. The Club was founded in 1876. There will be 20 teams playing for the Club representing the Juniors, Intermediates, Ladies and Seniors sections of the Club. These pages will feature all information about the Club's past, present and future. All the latest information about fixtures, results and league positions will also be found here. Latest News - 29/08/10 - Another FA Cup Win
Radcliffe Olympic played their first ever F.A. Cup tie at the Recreation Ground in their 134 year history against Wisbech Town and achieved a memorable 1-0 victory thanks to Ben Richardson's first half goal.
Just as in the previous round, Radcliffe were up against a Lincolnshire team playing in a higher league within the football pyramid system. Although they had home advantage this time, they knew it would be far tougher against a team that has a proven pedigree in the FA Cup, reaching the proper rounds of the competition on numerous occasions, taking the scalps of league clubs on the way.

Latest News - 15/08/10 - Historic Moment
Radcliffe Olympic created history today by beating United Counties League club Holbeach United 0-1 on their debut in the FA Cup. After 134 years of waiting Olympic never looked in trouble and went in 0-0 at the break. After an ethusiastic half time talk Olympic came back out and settled back into their game. Carl Westcarr scored Olympic's goal midway through the second half to secure the win in this Extra Preliminary Round fixture. The reward for winning is a home game against Ridgeons Premier League club Wisbech Town on Saturday 28th August in the Preliminary Round. All support will be gratefully appreciated.

Latest News - 08/07/10 - The FA Cup and FA Vase
The Men's Saturday First Team has been accepted into both the FA Cup and FA Vase for the 2010-2011 season. It will be the first time in the club's long history that we will play in the FA Cup and proof that all the hard worth both on and off the pitch has been worth it. The FA Cup tie will take place on Saturday 14th August when we travel to United Counties League club Holbeach United. The FA Vase tie will take place on Saturday 4th September when we travel to Northern East Counties League club Grimsby Borough. more
